A mini-retreat, March 26, 10 am - 4 pm, in Southern AZ, to explore the seven principles of shared leadership and the seven practices that move principle into committed action. 6 CEU's for continued education for licensed practitioners.
Facilitator, Deb Haass, a Guiding Mindful Change Life Coach and CSL Licensed Spiritual Practitioner, will share an integrative model of shared leadership that empowers leaders to more successfully embody and balance inclusion, accountability, innovation, vision, and authenticity.
This retreat training is for leaders within an organization, a ministry, or venture that is supported by a vision of a world that works for everyone.
